We had a wonderful honeymoon at New Braunfels. The location was perfect. River access at the back is nice. In regard to the noise, we sat on the front lanai in the evening and could hear bands playing. The Guadalupe River is at the back of the Inn and you can hear a few tubers floating by. There are a lot of lovely fireplace, and plenty of seats scattered all around inside and out to allow for quiet relaxing time. Landa park is amazing water park and we have a whirl! There. It was a really quaint and inexpensive place, and we had a blast! Train ride was the best part..;) Canyon Lake is great whether you are boating, wakeboarding or skiing, fishing, swimming, cliff diving, or just hanging out. It has beautiful scenery and water that is deep. I enhance the joy at the place.
