Day 2:

Today we take you for a cultural tour of the city covering monuments, temples and ceremonial places highlighting Imphal’s rich past. Visit the Govindajee Temple, the Khwairamband Bazaar and the War Cemeteries. Overnight in Imphal.

Day 3:
Imphal – Keibul Lamjao National Park – Imphal
Visit the Keibul Lamjao National Park (the only foating park in the world). It is the last natural habitat of the marsh dwelling brow-antiered deer locally called ‘Sangai’. Drive to Moirang (45 km), the ancient capital of the Manipuri Kings. It is also the centre of Meithei culture. Visit Loktak and Sendra Island. Loktak Lake is the largest fresh water lake in the North East. Watch the unique floating islands ‘Phumdi’ that are actually floating weeds on which people live ! Overnight in Imphal.

Day 4:
Departure
In time transfer to Airport for onward journey.
