Radhanagar Beach
The Radhanagar beach located at Havelock island is one of the most popular beaches and the most romantic beach in the entire Andaman and Nicobar. It had been named as Asia’s best beach in 2004 by the Time’s magazine. The water here is crystal clear and does not have any wave action. There are a number of activities you can do here like snorkeling, fishing, sailing, boating and the best one, you can also swim with the worlds only swimming elephant “Rajan” at Havelock. With all these promising and happening activities it is not a question why Radhanagar is considered as one of the best beaches. There are also a number of romantic resorts near the beach which caters specially to honeymooners and couples.

Bharatpur Beach
Bharatpur beach is located on the Neil Island and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the islands. The beach is a popular spot among tourist for snorkeling as the clean blue water here gives you the best snorkeling experience. The snorkeling here is more amplified by the presence of the beautiful coral reefs found at the island. The beach is located right next to the Neil island Jetty and if you do not have much luggage you can head out to the beach right away. It is a great place for couples to enjoy solitary and spend some time with the beautiful underwater creatures.

Cellular Jail
Also known popularly as Kala Pani, this is the place where the British kept the freedom fighters locked up and is perhaps one of the most infamous remnants of India’s struggle of freedom. The jail is located in the capital of Andaman, Port Blair and now the jail has been converted into a museum and a hospital. The jail’s building consisted of seven spokes type three storied buildings where each cell was meant for solitary confinement and were designed in such a way that prisoners would have no contact with each other. At present the museum shows various incidents of freedom fighter kept in the Jail.

Limestone Caves
Located at the Baratang Island the limestone caves are one of the most prominent tourist attractions of the Andaman’s. These caves are formed out from million years’ of fossils and are crafted into different shapes and sizes by nature itself. The rocks found at these caves are nothing like what you have seen till now. Not only the caves but the journey up till here is equally wonderful. The one-hour boat ride that takes you from Baratang Jetty goes through dense mangroves and might even give you a glimpse or two of lazy crocodiles soaking in the sun. A visit with an experienced guide can help you understand the lime stone formations as well as indigenous tribes living in this area.

Marina Park and Aquarium
Located in Port Blair the Marina Park and aquarium is also known as Samudrika Marine aquarium and is managed by the Indian navy. The aquarium here consists some of the rare species of sea organism including different types of fishes, turtles and even coral reefs took from different parts of the island. The park here is high on the entertainment quotient and is popular among kids. Though you may not find anything particular of interest in the park but the aquarium is a must visit destination.

Viper Island
The Viper Island is named such after the Viper snakes found at this island. The island is the place where the political prisoners were bought for their punishment long before the Cellular jail was constructed. The Viper Island is surrounded by beautiful shoreline with exotic beaches. Although there are few accommodations available at the island but it can be easily reached from the main island and you can spend a day or two at this pretty spot.

The Great Nicobar Island
The great Nicobar Island is one of the largest islands among the 150 islands located here. The Great Nicobar Island is known for its exceptionally beautiful coastline and its rainforests where there is a great number of indigenous flora and fauna which is only seen in this island. The population of the island was reduced drastically after the tsunami of 2004 but lately has been restored by the efforts of the government. Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park
The Mahatma Gandhi national park is a good option for people who are short on time as the park is located in Port Blair and offers facilities of Snorkeling. The park comprises of 15 islands of mangrove creeks, tropical rainforest, and reefs supporting 50 types of coral and plenty of colorful fishes. It is the best possible chance for you to go snorkeling among the beautiful live corals. You will need prior permission from the office in Port Blair to reach the national park as it is a protected reserve and entry of people is monitored. It is advisable to stay at port Blair as it has the best accommodation available.

Ross and Smith Islands
The Ross and Smith islands are actually two islands joined together by a narrow slit of sand rising on the surface of the ocean. These are also known as the twin islands and are considered to be one. One can reach the islands easily by taking a boat from Diglipur jetty. The island has beautiful white beaches which are almost empty. So if you want somewhere to be alone with your partner then Ross and Smith is the place for you. There is also a small tree house at the Smith Island from where you can witness the true beauty of the Ocean and the islands.

Elephanta Beach
Located on the Havelock Island, the Elephanata beach is as beautiful as the other beaches of the island.
